Hard Hill Research Plots, Moor House National Nature Reserve, UK, 360 degree 2D VR image-processed imagery **************************************************************************************** This image-processed imagery of each sub-plot is in the form of a 360 degree panorama (2D rather than 3D) for viewing in virtual reality (VR), adjusted to balance the brightness of sky and ground. Each image was obtained from the centre of the sub-plot. Once the zipfile has been downloaded and opened, images can then be uploaded to a platform such as Google Photos for viewing on a smartphone or computer, or for viewing in a VR headset using either the native image viewer of the headset or an app such as Whirligig. A label is visible in each photo to identify the sub-plot, the treatment and the date of the image. The filenames also indicate the sub-plot and the treatment as well as the date of the image.
