| Description | A new opera work The Stopping Place that creates new roles in the repertoire for under represented artists and creates new participants and audiences for the Arts and Heritage. The opera draws on music of the Roma tradition and stages the sensitive history of the Roma Holocaust. The production features main roles for Roma artists and a chorus, choir and orchestra of diverse young people from the London Borough of Newham. |
