Abstract | This paper focuses on incorporating modular design paradigm, and advanced capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with computational tools. This strategy evolved from the creation of furniture to architectural elements to urban planning. This comprehensive study navigates the interplay of technology and architecture, delving into AI's potential as a catalyst for innovative design and digital fabrication. AI's integration in architecture has showcased its potential through experiments to generate/analyze design alternatives, streamlining processes, liberating designers to explore a broader spectrum of solutions and design challenges, allowing the augmentation of architectural efficiency, minimization wastage, timesaving in manufacturing, construction phases. |
